A scientific and technological project using artificial intelligence to imagine every major era of Earth's and humanity's history, from the distant past to possible futures.
Temporiscope is a work of visual and scientific reconstruction. Our goal is to produce, for every major period and every region of the world, images and descriptions that best represent what science knows today about our past — and what it envisions for our future.
From the first molten rocks of the Hadean to hypothetical interstellar civilizations, every scene is generated by the most advanced artificial intelligence models available, then submitted to rigorous scientific review.
For each period and geographic zone, we first compile a research dossier based on current scientific knowledge. This dossier then serves as a brief for generating visuals and descriptions using the latest AI models.
Every image and text is then examined by a scientific committee composed of several independent artificial intelligences. These AIs evaluate the historical and scientific accuracy of the content, and vote to decide whether it is approved, needs adjustments, or must be entirely regenerated.
When a new AI model becomes available, it joins the committee and challenges existing evaluations. It may bring new knowledge, new perspectives, and thus continuously enrich the relevance of the content. This process ensures that Temporiscope constantly improves.
The committee is composed of the most advanced models from each AI provider. Each member independently evaluates images and texts, then a collective vote determines the final verdict.
Reference model for reasoning and textual analysis.
Excellence in nuance, factual rigor and detailed critical analysis.
Multimodal vision and vast scientific knowledge base.
Alternative perspectives and ability to challenge consensus.
Matania, an orchestration AI developed by ProductivIA, coordinates the entire review process. It synthesizes the evaluations of each committee member, produces a final verdict, and decides the actions to take: approve, adjust, or regenerate.
Compiling a scientific dossier for the period and geographic zone.
Creating the image and its description using a generative AI model.
Independent evaluation by each member of the scientific committee.
Matania consolidates the opinions and produces a final verdict.
If needed, the image or text is adjusted or regenerated, then re-evaluated.
The knowledge base built here is not an end in itself. It serves as a foundation for creating innovative educational experiences:
Temporiscope uses the latest AI models from the world's leading providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. Orchestration is handled by Matania, a sovereign AI infrastructure developed in Quebec by ProductivIA.
